The tla repository for versions upto 22.1.12

The old tla repos at http://arch.sxemacs.org/2010 still exist, and will remain forever. If you ever need anything from them just install tla and leech them with that.

The reason we are keeping them around indefinitely is because the move to git meant a loss of history. There are tools available for converting a arch repo to git, but they failed to work in our case because of the cached revisions in our repos.
